At Calogrin, we are committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and at the earliest possible time. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and returns.


📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next working day. During peak seasons or public holidays, slight delays may occur.

2. Shipping Locations
We ship across most pin codes in India.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes with a nominal fee.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on location.
  • Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply as per local laws.
  • International orders may face delays due to customs clearance procedures.

4. Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Risk & Title
Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our health supplements, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product is expired or nearing expiry upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Return Process
Email calogrin53@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product/packaging (if damaged)

Once approved, we will initiate a return pickup where possible.

3. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For COD orders, we will request your UPI or bank details for refund transfer

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window
  • Promotional/free items

❌ Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at calogrin53@gmail.com immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
